Dealing with One Star Reviews

You finally receive a one-star review in Apple podcasts (or some other app). There are those that say you are not a true podcaster until you've received your first one-star review. Do they hurt? Sure. But in some cases, the reviewer may have a point (if your volume is too low, too high, or fluctuates) and that is fixable.
