This video assumes you've submitted your show, and you're episodes have been appearing in Apple, but then all of the sudden, at least for this episode, it is taking longer.
Answer: Apple recently updated how they handle podcasts, and it's taking (apparently) longer. Also if you published every week, then quit for three months, again, Apple will take longer (why should they keep checking on you if you're not going to publish?).
Worst case scenario it will take up to 24 hours.
